The chef’s kitchen boasts quality cookware and stainless appliances. With an open flow to the dining and living room, you’ll find a hand-crafted wood table that seats 10. The living room offers down-filled club chairs with leather ottomans, and a full-sized sleeper sofa. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and relax with the large Smart TV. Also, downstairs is a full bathroom with shower and vintage clawfoot tub, as well as laundry room. Outside, you’ll enjoy a large sunny yard that is fenced with two decks. Great for entertaining, lounge in the Adirondack chairs or hammock, and enjoy your private deck overlooking Coal Creek. The second bedroom, a cozy fit, has a full bed with views of the yard and Aspen trees. A third bedroom overlooks Elk Avenue with lots of windows and includes a queen bed. On this level is also a full bath with shower. The Kochevar house comfortably sleeps 6 in the three bedrooms, or up to eight with the sofabed in open-plan living room.
